M: I’ve just heard on the radio that all flights from the domestic air terminal will be delayed by two hours. There’s been a security alert and they’re searching all the bags.

W: Oh, no! That’s going to cause us a serious problem. Our clients are expecting us and we won’t be able to make it for the meeting

M: That shouldn’t be a big problem. I am expecting a call from them this afternoon to talk about the seminar. I’ll see if I can postpone the meeting until the morning.

M: Julie, did you manage to contact Mr. Jones yesterday? We need to dispatch this order as soon as possible and I still haven’t received a fax from him.

W: Well, I tried several times before taking off yesterday, but I’ve only been able to leave a message. And he hasn’t replied yet.

M: Well, could you see if you can get through to him now? I can’t send out the order without the information he was supposed to fax me. I have to get these items to our client within the hour.

M: I really need to get a new computer.

W: Why? What’s the problem?

M: Well, we’ve had this computer since 2011. It’s so slow to download anything, it drives me crazy. And it often freezes completely, and then I have to restart it. I really need a faster computer, so I can work more efficiently.

W: Why don’t you go to A & T Computers? I’ve used them for years. They use quality components, and they really know how to set up systems properly. I’ve always found their technicians friendly and helpful.
