Domestic disputes were the main area of concern. The police force is considering a zero tolerance policy with regard to arrests. Many supporters of the decision feel that it will help to make the community a safer place. And judges believe it will reduce the number of cases brought to court. However, a few upset citizens joined the talks downtown to raise concerns about the possibility of false accusations and wrongful arrests.
