Worker Receives Compensation For Accident

October 15- A workplace compensation suit has been settled out of court between Denham Construction and Mr. Gray Fizpactrick, 48.

According to the terms of their agreement, an undisclosed compensation will be ___ to the plaintiff over the next 5 years.

Mr. Fitzpactrick, ____ served as foreman with the company for nearly 12 years, was badly injured on the job on April 17 when he fell from a ledge.

His legal representative point out that a faulty railing was the cause of the accident.

Re : New Recycling Project

This past summer we implemented a new recycling project. New bins were placed at a significant number of locations throughout the city. Residents had opportunities to provide feedback on the style, positioning and location of the new recycling bins.

Advertisements on the bins provided residents ——- information about a telephone survey where they would have their voices ——-. In addition to this survey feedback mechanism, we hired some people to conduct a street-level survey. Public ——- to the survey were noticeable. In total, approximately 4,500 surveys were completed. City officials designed the survey tools and collected all of the data.
